IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL RETURNED BOXES/ITEMS WITHOUT PRIOR RA APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. RA APPROVAL NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF RETURNED BOX.

  • Returns are for DAMAGED goods ONLY and must be made within 10 DAYS for domestic and 20 DAYS for international customers. Buyers must inspect merchandise upon receipt. BEULAH STYLE must be notified of any DAMAGES within 48 HOURS or RA request will be denied.
  • Seller will not be responsible for any shortage and or nonconformity after sold merchandise leaves the seller’s premises.
  • Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping charges for any returned merchandise that has been washed or if the label has been changed.
  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of confirmed date of receipt and must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • RA number is valid for 7 business days from date of issue. Any returns with RA number past 7 Days will not be honored. We are not responsible for any returned items without a valid RA number.
  • After 10 days upon confirmed date of receipt, no RA will be issued under any circumstances. 10 days is more than a reasonable amount of time for a customer to fully inspect the received merchandise.
  • There are NO refunds. All returned merchandise can be valued as store credit which can be applied to your next order. Refunds will only be allowed for approved reasonable circumstances.
  • Once you receive your merchandise, please check the contents immediately. All requests for returns must be submitted via email, or fax.
  • Reporting a false claim will result in refusal for future business with Beulah Style.
  • No refunds, Store Credit only.

    All store credits EXPIRE in 90 DAYS.
